We finally finalised our the team members. We even got 1 additional member who happened to be a good programmer, which is clearly a good thing as this would definitely increase the productivity of the team.
We even made contact with the Client, and according to Paul we can only meet them next week (on the 13th). This is a bit unexpected of the client side as we were hoping to have our first meeting this week, and do requirements gathering next week.
Well, the other option is that we go over to his place and meet him there, which is not a bad idea if you ask me. Might require some traveling I reckon.
